Use Baking Soda with Coconut Oil
Uses: Coconut oil not only helps whiten teeth, but also washes away plaque and food residues left between teeth, making your oral cavity always clean, fresh breath and preventing oral diseases. Doing:
- Step 1: Prepare baking soda, coconut oil, container and toothbrush;
- Step 2: Put baking soda in a container, then add coconut oil, mix well until a paste is formed;
- Step 3: Dip the brush head into the mixture just mixed, brush your teeth as usual, it may take longer for the best effect;
- Step 4: Rinse your mouth with clean water.
Note: Take about 1-2 weeks.

Use Baking soda with salt
Uses: Salt is a familiar spice to us in the kitchen, it is convenient to use this spice in combination with Baking soda to whiten teeth, both readily available and inexpensive. Doing:
- Step 1: Prepare baking soda powder and white salt, container, toothbrush.
- Step 2: Mix baking soda powder with granulated salt in the ratio of 3 tablespoons of baking soda: 1 teaspoon of salt. Then add clean water to make a paste.
- Step 3: Use a brush dipped in the mixture and brush your teeth. Or you can also dip a cloth into the mixture and rub it directly on the crown of the tooth, paying attention to the heavily stained areas.
- Step 4: Rinse your mouth with clean water.
Note: Make sure the salt is completely dissolved in the mixture before using.

Use Baking Soda with Toothpaste
Uses: Both Baking soda and toothpaste contain antibacterial ingredients and are very effective at whitening teeth. The combination of these two ingredients will give you surprisingly white teeth.
Doing:
- Step 1: Prepare baking soda, toothpaste, container and toothbrush;
- Step 2: Take a sufficient portion of toothpaste into the container, then add half a teaspoon of baking soda powder to the cream and mix well.

- Step 4: Rinse your mouth with cold water.

- Step 3: Rinse your mouth with clean water and brush your teeth again with toothpaste.
Note: Use water that is at a normal temperature, neither too cold nor too hot.

Use Baking Soda with Vinegar
Uses: Vinegar contains acetic acid, a mild detergent that can remove yellow stains on the crowns and under the gums, making teeth brighter. Therefore, you can be completely assured when applying the way to whiten your teeth with vinegar. Currently, there are many different types of vinegar, but only rice vinegar and apple cider vinegar are able to combine with Baking soda safely and effectively.
Doing:
- Step 1: Prepare Baking soda and rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar), container and cotton swab;
- Step 2: You mix the above ingredients together, forming a thin mixture;
- Step 3: Use a cotton swab dipped in the mixture and rub it on the teeth, keep it on the teeth for 2-3 minutes;
- Step 4: Continue to rub the mixture on the teeth for the second time, paying attention to the interdental spaces and the inner surface of the crown;
- Step 5: Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth again with toothpaste to reduce the smell of vinegar.
Note: Only use this method once a week to not cause side effects, because baking soda and vinegar are both quite acidic.

Use Baking soda with lemon juice
Uses: Lemon juice by its nature is already a pretty strong cleanser that can easily remove yellow stains on teeth. However, to promote the best use, it should be combined with Baking soda. This drug helps to remove stains on the surface of the teeth, and at the same time reduces the acidity of the oral cavity. Doing:
- Step 1: Prepare fresh lemon, baking soda powder, container and toothbrush.
- Step 2: Squeeze the lemon juice, filter out the seeds, then mix it with baking soda.
- Step 3: Dip the brush into the mixture and brush evenly all over the tooth surface. Then rinse your mouth with water.
Note: After doing this, you should not brush your teeth again, because it will affect your enamel.

Using baking soda with menthol:
Uses: Peppermint essential oil has a very special aroma, slightly cool and pungent, helping to fly away bad breath bacteria in the oral cavity in the fastest time. Combined with Baking soda, it has a “double effect”, both helping to whiten teeth and prevent dental diseases.
Doing:
- Step 1: Prepare baking soda, menthol, container and soft cloth;
- Step 2: Make a paste from baking soda and clean water. Then add peppermint essential oil to the mixture. Put about 3 – 5 drops;
- Step 3: Use a clean cloth dipped in the mixture, then rub on the teeth along the length of the crown.
- Step 4: Rinse your mouth with clean water.

Use Baking Soda with Strawberries
Uses: Strawberry is a fruit with a high content of vitamin C, which works to dissolve plaque on teeth. In addition, strawberries also contain an enzyme called malic acid that works to remove stubborn stains on teeth. When combining Baking soda and strawberries together, it will bring the whitening effect to the teeth in an extremely effective way.

- Step 1: Prepare 1 to 3 ripe strawberries, baking soda, white salt, container and toothbrush;
- Step 2: Thinly slice strawberries and then crush them;
- Step 3: Put all ingredients into the container, mix well until foam.

Hydrogen peroxide is used as an antiseptic and disinfectant, especially in root canal surgeries. Combine with Baking soda for the best effect for bright white teeth.

- Step 1: Prepare hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, container and toothbrush;
- Step 2: Mix a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda into the container.
- Step 3: Dip the brush head into the mixture and rub it on your teeth as usual.
- Step 4: Rinse your mouth with clean water.
