Fairy tale Star fruit tree
There was a family with two brothers, both parents died. The two brothers worked hard, so there was enough to eat in the house. Wanting to have fun at home, the two of them got married. But since having a wife, the brother was born lazy, so much hard work, all poured out on the couple. The younger brother and his wife woke up early, trying to plow, weed, and quit. manure, rice is better than before, so it’s in season, there’s a good harvest. Seeing that, the older brother was afraid that he would take the credit for more, and hurriedly discussed with his wife to let the younger brother and his wife live separately.
Going to live separately with his wife, the younger brother shared by his brother had a shack, in front of the house was a sweet star fruit tree. The couple did not complain a word, all went to the forest to cut firewood to bring to the market to sell, and then went to carry and work as hired laborers. As for the older brother, how many fields were divided, so that he could not enjoy the happiness with his wife. . Seeing that I didn’t complain, my brother thought I was stupid, even more embarrassed, didn’t come to my house and didn’t pay any attention to me anymore. The happiest days of my husband and I were the days when the contract was ripe. . Year-round, the couple has been fertilizing and catching worms, chasing ants for the star fruit tree, so the star fruit tree is green and shady throughout the small garden, the fruit sometimes even on the branches is close to the ground, the child is three years old. with hand can.
One morning, when the couple carried the burden and the basket was pulled from the star fruit tree, they were about to climb up to pick the fruit and bring it to the market to sell, when they saw a strong vibration on the top of the tree, as if someone was climbing. The couple looked up and saw a very large bird eating ripe yellow star fruit. The couple stood under the tree watching the birds eat, waiting for the birds to fly away, then climbing up the tree to pick fruit. Since then, every morning, when the couple went out to pick star fruit, they saw birds on the tree again. Seeing someone, the bird continued to eat, leisurely for a long time, then flapped its wings and flew away. Birds ate like that for about a month, star fruit trees were full of fruit.
One day, waiting for the bird to finish eating, the wife said half-jokingly to the bird: “Bird, if the bird eats like that, what else is the star fruit of my house! My star fruit tree is about to run out of fruit, bird!” The bird suddenly craned its neck, narrowed its eyes as if smiling, and replied: “Eat one, return the gold! Sew a three-gang bag, take it and store it”. The bird repeated the sentence three times, then flapped its wings and flew away. The couple saw the bird talking and were surprised, seeing the bird telling them that, repeated it three times, heard it clearly, so the more I think, wonder. But then the couple also follow the bird’s words. The wife took a few squares of brown cloth and sewed a bag for her husband, exactly three gangs across.
The next morning, the couple had just finished eating when they saw a strong wind blowing the dust in the front yard, and in the blink of an eye an extremely large bird landed in the middle of the yard, turned its head into the house and called out a few words as if to say hello. . The husband took the three-gang bag to the yard, the bird lay down, turned his neck to signal him to sit on his back. He sat on the bird’s back, clinging to the bird’s neck tightly. The bird stood up, stretched its neck, flapped its wings and flew up to the blue sky. Birds fly high, hiding in silver clouds; When flying low, it is over the green forest, rolling hills and mountains. Then the birds flew out to the vast sea, the high blue waves hit the side of the small islands, causing white foam to rise. He sat on the bird’s back and saw the sea was blind, did not know where the shore was… Suddenly the bird flew into an island full of white rocks, blue rocks, red rocks, already five colors, reflecting brilliant light, he had never seen before. hour. The bird flew in a wide circle around the island as if looking for a place to land, then flew in narrower circles, over the rocks, sometimes he thought he was about to be hit by giant rocks. Flying in front of the wide and deep cave, the bird slowly descended. Setting foot on the island, he looked everywhere, absolutely not seeing a single creature, not even a blade of grass or a deep bird.
The bird signaled to him to enter the cave and take whatever he wanted. At the entrance of the cave, he saw all kinds of stones as clear as glass and amber of all colors; Some are as blue as a cat’s eye, some are as red as the sun, and some are as numerous as stones. Seeing that the cave was deep and wide, he did not dare to enter for fear of getting lost. He picked up some gold and diamonds and put them in a three-gang bag, then climbed onto the bird’s back, signaling the bird to fly back.
Birds expressed joy, nodded their heads, stretched their necks and cried a few times, then flapped their wings and flew into the blue sky, over the sea, through the forest, over the mountains. The sun just stood still, the bird landed in a small garden with a sweet star fruit tree. The wife saw that her husband returned safely, was overjoyed, ran out to stroke the feathers, expressed her thanks, and signaled to invite the bird to fly up to the star fruit tree to quench her thirst. The bird flew up to the star fruit tree to eat for a while, then called three times as if greeting the farmer and his wife, and then flew away. Since then, birds have come to eat star fruit from time to time.
The rumor that the couple was suddenly rich flew to the ears of the older couple. The older brother and his wife rushed to visit my house to investigate. Listening to her honest story, the brother offered to exchange all his possessions for a thatched hut and star fruit tree. The couple was only worried that the younger brother would not change, did not expect the younger brother to happily agree immediately.
The husband and wife were overjoyed as if they were opening flags in their hearts, immediately handed over all their possessions to the younger brother, and the next morning moved to a thatched hut on a small garden with a sweet star fruit tree. arrived in the narrow garden, the brother and his wife did not work at all. With a little money left, the couple spent it gradually, all day lying around in the summer, looking up at the star fruit tree, waiting for the birds to fly. One morning, a strong wind blew into the house, and the couple saw the top of the star fruit tree shake. The two hurriedly ran to the yard, quickly looked up at the tree, and indeed saw a big bird eating star fruit.
The bird just ate a few fruits, the couple howled: “Our whole family looks at the star fruit tree, now that the bird eats the grave like that, we can still rely on it!”. The bird replied, “Eat one, return the gold. Sew three cast iron bags, take them and store them”; Then the bird flew away. The couple was so happy, they hurriedly followed the bird, then discussed sewing bags, arguing loudly. At first, the two of them planned to sew a lot of bags, then they were afraid that the birds wouldn’t take them away, so they ended up sewing only one bag like the younger brother, but they sewed three times the size, nine gangs each, into a big bag.
The next morning, the bird landed in the courtyard in front of the thatched hut. The brother who was eating, saw the bird coming, gave up eating and rushed out, carrying a large bag climbed onto the bird’s back, while the wife bowed to the god bird. The bird took off and flew up to the blue clouds, over the mountains and over the sea, and then landed on the island before.
On the bird’s back, he was dazzled by the iridescent lights of diamonds and precious gems. By the time he entered the cave, the older brother was even more fascinated with his spirit, forgetting both hunger and thirst, trying to collect gold and diamonds to fill his hands, tying the tops of his pants and sleeves tightly and stuffing both hands. shirt and trousers, so heavy that he tried to drag each step but still could not get out of the cave.
The bird waited for too long, occasionally calling out a few echoes throughout the island, urging him to leave. It wasn’t until late afternoon that he pulled the handcart full of gold and diamonds to where the bird was waiting. Wanting to keep from falling, he put his hand under the bird’s wing, then took a rope and fastened it to the bird’s back and to his neck.
The bird flapped its wings and flew up, but because it was so heavy, it flew off the ground a little and fell back down. After that, the bird tried to kick its feet hard on the ground, stretching its neck to fly up. The guy sitting on the bird’s back was secretly excited, thinking that in just a moment he would come home, he would have a tall house, a large garden, a garden everywhere, and spend his whole life in vain. The bird flew over the sea. The weather turned windy, the gray waves rose as high as the rooftops. The bird flying against the wind is very tiring, the neck is bent down, the wings are getting weaker and weaker. The large bag of gold was suddenly blown into the bird’s wings by the wind. The bird let go of its wings and plunged from the sky into the sea. In the blink of an eye, the brother was swept away by the waves, the big bag and trousers, the sleeves were filled with gold and jewels, and quickly drowned him to the bottom of the sea. But the bird was only wet with feathers, wet wings for a while, then The bird rose again from the water, flew back to the mountains and back to the forest.

The Fairy Tale of the Wishing Pearl
Once upon a time there was a man who tended buffalo for a rich man. One day he beat the buffalo to the field to eat grass.
“One, ha, three, four…one two three, four…one, two, three, four, five, six, seven… Huh! It’s gone, count again. Where is it, where is it. ..one two Three…”.
Unfortunately, the buffalo is lost.
“What? Losing my buffalo, dare to come back here? Quickly return the buffalo to me”.
“Grandpa, you forgive me, why do I have money to come to you?”
“If you don’t talk much, if you don’t pay, you will hang your neck on that mandarin”.
“Oh my god, what should I do now? Losing the buffalo will cost me this time, the poor will have bad luck again, it’s terrible …”.
He was lying motionless in the field thinking about what to do when a crow came flying from nowhere, thinking it was a corpse, so he swooped down.
“Huh…”
He quickly caught it.
“You want to eat me? I have to kill you.”
“Please forgive me, I still have to raise a small cub at home.”
Hearing that, he lovingly released the crow.
“Okay, I’ll forgive you, go home.”
Before flying away, the crow released a gem.
“Thank you for your life, I give you this, this is a wish gem, you can wish for it if you have it.”
The guy tried it.
“Huh, wish jade…let’s see…I wish I had a buffalo”
Immediately a fat buffalo appeared.
“Hehe, that’s a real buffalo, I wish I had a really big house…that’s cool, then I wish I had a really pretty wife…huh?…”
He immediately brought the buffalo back to the rich man and resigned. Thanks to the pearl, the couple’s life is full and complete, but the greedy wife wants her whole family to be happy as well.
“Stay at home, I go to work”.
While her husband was away, she stole the jewel and left for her parents’ house.
“Huh…huh…where are we…huh”.
“Oh my god…my wife is my wife…”.
I lost the pearl, so sorry I went to find it…
“Open the door, open the door”.
“What?…go back…”.
“Oh my god, I lost my wish pearl, it hurts so bad…huhu”.
The Buddha appeared and asked, “Why are you crying?”.
“It’s like this…that’s it, Buddha!”.
The Buddha said, “Stop crying, let me help you”.
“Listen to me, remember to listen, do it.”
He immediately did as the Buddha instructed, planted a white flower right in front of his wife’s house, the flower gave off an unusual fragrance that made the whole family around his wife gather to smell it.
“Huh, it smells so good, ma’am.”
Strangely enough, just after smelling it, everyone’s nose was long like an elephant’s nose, it looked really funny.
“God, why is my nose so long, my nose…”
He heard the news and immediately went to his wife’s house to ask.
“Father, what’s so sad about our family?”
“My son, I don’t know what’s wrong with my family, being punished like this by God, it’s so embarrassing.”
“Hahaha, my god, it’s so funny. It’s because his wife and children stole my precious jewel, dad.”
Hearing that, he apologized and returned the jewel.
“Is that so? Give me back, we don’t need this gem anymore”.
Only then did he take out the red flower for everyone to smell, and immediately everyone’s noses shrunk as before. The whole family regretfully apologized to the boy. The couple lived in harmony with each other.

Thach Sanh – Ly Thong fairy tale
Once upon a time, there was a poor old man and his wife who made a living by cutting firewood. Although he is 60 years old, the old man still has no children. Even though they were poor, the old man and his wife still helped people every day and did not mind their hardships, so they were praised by people near and far. Feeling the benevolence of the old man and his wife, Ngoc Hoang sent the crown prince to reincarnate as a child.
After three years and nine months, when the wife gave birth to a son, the husband passed away. The baby was born looking handsome and handsome, as soon as he was born, his mother knew how to stand and sit, she immediately named him Thach Sanh and struggled to raise him.
When Thach Sanh was seven years old, she also passed away. Thach Sanh lived alone by a banyan tree, with a fortune of only one ax and continued his parents’ job every day to go to the forest to cut firewood to feed himself. At the age of thirteen, Sanh was asked by the Jade Emperor, one of the best fairy in heaven, to teach martial arts and all kinds of miracles.
One day, a wine guy named Ly Thong passed by and rested at the root of the banyan tree. Seeing that Sanh was an unusually strong man, he guessed that he was the one who got the job, so Thong asked him to talk and then offered to make a brotherhood. With a straight heart, Sanh happily accepted and went to live with Ly Thong. Since then, with Thach Sanh’s efforts to help, Ly Thong’s mother and daughter have become richer and richer in business. It’s been seven years.
At that time, there was a snake in the area, which was a mature snake, specializing in destroying, harassing people and forcing people to eat meat. The imperial army came many times to round up, but could not eliminate it. The king dedicated the people to build a temple and each year gave it a human life. That year, unfortunately, it was Ly Thong’s turn to surrender.
Hearing the bad news, his mother and son were extremely frightened and scared, but after the plot, they devised a malicious plan. That day, when Thach Sanh went to collect firewood, he used the excuse of his father’s death anniversary, presented a tray of wine and meat, and then both mother and son invited him to be considerate.
Then, he said to Thach Sanh: “Tonight, it’s your turn to watch the shrine to check the gold plate and the jade cup according to the king’s orders, because I’m not good at keeping my mother’s wine, so I’ll take the trouble to go instead for you for one night. , come back in the morning”. Thach Sanh didn’t suspect anything, just went right away.
That evening, after crossing a few miles of wild forest to the temple, Thach Sanh opened the rice ball to try to eat, when the snake appeared in a strange shape, baring its fangs and claws to pounce on him. Thach Sanh immediately swung the ax to fight with the demon. Serpent unleashed many transformations of love, but all were destroyed by Thach Sanh. After he used a magic spell, threw an iron net around it, immediately the demon must show its original form as a huge python, Thach Sanh swung his sword, slashed it to death, then cut off its head and burned the monster’s body.
The corpse of the Serpent who had just burned up suddenly turned into a set of golden bows and arrows. Sanh happily picked up the bow and arrow and took the demon’s head and ran straight home.
Ly Thong, who was a dangerous person, saw that and threatened Thach Sanh that Xa Tinh was raised by the king to make his country’s treasure, killed him, he was guilty of beheading, and advised Sanh to hide immediately lest he infect the whole family. If anything happens, let him take care of it.
True thought, Sanh hurriedly left and returned to live at the root of the banyan tree, despite the passing of the years, thinking that he was doomed to hope for any luck. As for Ly Thong, he rushed to the sutra and told the king that he had cut off the demon’s head. The king was surprised, sent troops to carry the demon’s head back, only then did he believe it was real and full of praise, appointing Ly Thong as an admiral in the court and giving him a very good fortune.
Also during this time, the king held a very solemn wedding ceremony for Princess Quynh Nga, the king’s only daughter. The marriage ceremony lasted many times, but she still did not like a single person. Not even the crown princes of the vassal countries could please her.
One day, the princess was walking in the flower garden, unfortunately, an Eagle flew down from above and flew away. At that time, Thach Sanh was lounging at the foot of a banyan tree, when he saw the Eagle carrying a person flying over, he raised his bow and shot a shot right on the wing. The bird fell, but it quickly pulled out its arrow and grabbed the body again, continuing to fly.
Thach Sanh followed the blood trail to find a mountain cave, but the Eagle was nowhere to be found.
Losing his precious daughter, the king was in so much pain, the officials sent three armies to search with no results. Hearing the words of the courtiers, the king sent the admiral Ly Thong, formerly capable of cutting goblins, to find the princess, promising to marry her and give up the throne.
Thong was worried until he found a plan to open a singing festival in the capital for ten days for people from all over the world to see to get the news of Thach Sanh. It was not until the tenth day that he met Thach Sanh entering the theater to see the theater. Communicating, pretending to be hypocritical, shakes hands to welcome the old “treaty” brother very solemnly. By that, he told Sanh that the king sent him to find the princess captured by the demon.
Born honestly let Ly Thong know right away the whereabouts of the demon is Mang snake king in the mountain cave, the same snake that has become a star specialized in making eagles to catch people. So Thong used secret words, asking Sanh to lead him to find the princess. Thach Sanh accepted. Arriving at the Eagle’s place, Sanh used a rope to make a ladder down to the deep cave and told Thong when he saw the rope’s end move, he should pull it up.
Just down to the cave, confused as to which direction to go, Sanh suddenly met Princess Quynh Nga who had just come out. Thanking Thach Sanh for not taking any risk for coming to save her, the princess immediately offered to ask for a hundred-year sisterhood. Sanh refused, telling her that this was the job of the court, but he wanted to keep his brotherly relationship with Ly Thong. But the princess was still determined and she considered that she had a good relationship with him since then.
Since the day he was hit by the arrow, the wounded Eagle was lying in one place. Sanh gave an anesthetic to tell the princess to coax the Eagle to drink, then tied her to a rope for the army to pull up. Immediately, Ly Thong ordered the military to bring the princess back to the court so that he could stay and fight monsters. In fact, as soon as the army left, he hurriedly tried to roll stones to cover the cave entrance to harm Thach Sanh.
Princess Quynh Nga at that time looked tired and looked back and did not see him anywhere, she was suddenly shocked and frustrated, suffering from mute disease right from that day.
Talking about Thach Sanh, after saving the princess from the cave, Ly Thong carried a stone to fill the cave door and did not let him out. He angrily raised his bow and bombarded the Serpent King’s castle. In the meantime, the youkai suddenly woke up from a coma. Seeing a stranger breaking into the house and robbing his wife, he burst into anger and rushed into a fierce fight with Thach Sanh.
The two sides fought each other for several hundred rounds but still could not decide whether to win or lose. The king of snakes showed all the terrible love spells, but they were all destroyed by Thach Sanh’s magic spells. Finally, when the spell expired, the Eagle turned into a small bird like a guest bird, trying to escape, but Thach Sanh promptly turned the magic on the iron net and shot it with a bow.
After that, Sanh swung his sword to destroy the massive and magnificent palace of the King of Snakes, thereby saving the son of King Thuy Te, who was imprisoned by the Eagle in an iron cage for a year. The Prince thanked Thach Sanh deeply and invited him to the aquarium to play.
Thach Sanh was treated very solemnly by King Thuy, giving him a hundred taels of gold and silver to thank, but Thach Sanh refused to accept it. The Water King again implored him to stay in the aquarium, but he also refused. The Water King had to keep him to stay for a few days.
The prince took him to see all five palaces inside and out. Two people engrossed in walking, suddenly lost their way under the stronghold of a demon species. It was originally a very powerful and arrogant nine-eyed fox that no one could cure. It turned into a beautiful girl standing in front of the road to tease the two guys.
Thach Sanh immediately exposed the truth that it was a monster, it then appeared to form a nine-eyed fox, rushing in to try to catch both of them.
Thach Sanh swung his magic blade, then raised his bow, hammered it, and fought with it for a whole day and it still didn’t flinch. After he used magic to fight it, it gave up and had to show its original form as a fox (ie fox). Thach Sanh generously let it live to cultivate.
Rewarding his merits, King Thuy immediately granted him the state status. He asked to return to the earth. To repay the favor of Thach Sanh, Thuy Vuong listened to the prince’s request to give him the sacred instrument of the Jade Emperor, which was given to him in the past. Then the prince sent him home. Thach Sanh returned to live on the original banyan tree as before.
Princess Quynh Nga from the time she escaped from the demon’s life became mute again. The king’s father was extremely merciful and sad, so he ordered the postponement of her marriage with Ly Thong to cure her of her illness. The king worried about medicine and prayed to God and Buddha; Ly Thong set up a forum to invite shamans and witches to worship, for months and months, Quynh Nga still “didn’t say anything, smoldering flowers didn’t say anything”.
As for the Python and the Snake King, after they died, their souls did not worship, so they lived alone, huddled in the dust of the lake, then specialized in stealing, catching chickens, catching dogs to harass and harm people to earn money. eat. One night, they met by chance and told each other about their fate, and then discussed revenge on Thach Sanh.
They snuck into the king’s storehouse, stole gold and silver, and then turned back to let the guards follow them to the banyan tree. They threw stolen goods where Thach Sanh was sleeping to blame him. Sure enough, Thach Sanh was arrested and brought back to Ly Thong. Thong was very surprised, sent troops to imprison Thach Sanh. He ordered the room to be strictly confidential and planned to wait three days later to voluntarily obey the imperial order, and execute him to keep the old story secret.
Sitting in the prison, Thach Sanh was sad and took the lute out to play… Unexpectedly, the sound of the lute was suddenly soft, holy like resentment, like coal, accusing Ly Thong of being inhuman and of being unrighteous and blaming the princess for not keeping her promise. .
“The flock cries for love and mourning
Who brought back the princess from the cave…”
The sound of the lute flew into the king’s palace, Quynh Nga was sitting sullenly with flowers, suddenly hearing the mournful sound of the harp like crying, suddenly becoming silent. She uttered a smile and told the king that her father would ask for someone to play the lute into the palace so that she could meet her. She always told the king what was told in the mournful harp. Thanks to that, Thach Sanh was exonerated.
The king then opened a banquet for him, awarded him two titles of duke for twice having great merit and married princess Quynh Nga.
As for Ly Thong, the king assigned Thach Sanh to arbitrarily handle the crime. Born asked the king to forgive him for his death and let him return to his hometown to do business. But when his mother and son returned to the middle of the road, the Jade Emperor sent the Lightning God to beat him to death just as he had sworn when he made a brotherhood with Thach Sanh in the past.
Due to the crime of tyranny, eating in his two hearts, Ngoc Hoang again arrested Ly Thong Hoa as a scarab beetle, living a dirty life.
Hearing that Princess Quynh Nga was married to Thach Sanh was a poor rag, the princes of the vassal countries had been rejected by the princess, so he got angry, invited each other to join forces to take revenge. The army of the eighteen vassal countries was extremely strong, wherever they went, the mountains and rivers dried up, destroying the five gates. Wherever the imperial army went to respond, they were scattered there.
The king was extremely frightened, so he called Thach Sanh in and asked him to bring his troops to fight the enemy. Thach Sanh told the king to let the enemy pull to surround the city, he would take action.
Waiting for the enemy to besiege the four sides of the city with the same message and endless cheers, Thach Sanh took out the harp to play. The flock suddenly cried out “traditional love mourning”, outlining what is more than truth, right and wrong, explaining to tens of thousands of enemy troops.
“The flock calls for humanity and loyalty”
Holy, holy, heart fluttering…”
The sound of the lute was sometimes hard and steely, sometimes soft and gentle, so that the generals of the eighteen countries gradually had to give up, surrendering in a series. They asked for food to return home. Thach Sanh ordered to give them eighteen salary boxes. They criticized little, Thach Sanh ordered to bring his pot out to blow rice for them to eat. When the army of eighteen countries saw the rice cooker, they were all ecstatic.
Thach Sanh quiz them to eat them all, they will be rewarded. Tens of thousands of soldiers rushed to eat, but the rice pot was empty and then full again, it was impossible to eat it all. So once again they all had to submit to him.
After defeating the army of eighteen vassal countries, Thach Sanh was given the throne by the king, so that he could bring his talents to rule the country. Princess Quynh Nga was also granted the title of queen by the king. Two years later, Queen Quynh Nga gave birth to a son and a daughter, so the country was prosperous, the family was happy…

Seeing that, the old woman was extremely surprised, but seeing her son begging forever, she also satisfied. Seeing the mother of the Coconut Skull bring the areca to the night, the rich man smiled sarcastically:- If you want to ask my daughter, go back and buy one. Golden nuggets, ten peach silk sheets, ten fat pigs, ten jars of toothpick wine were brought here.
The old woman had to leave, thinking that she should completely stop getting married for her children. Unexpectedly, on the appointed day, suddenly the house was full of all the bridesmaids, even the servants downstairs ran up to carry the gifts to the rich man’s house. The rich man, with eyes full of embarrassment, called his three daughters to ask for advice. The two sisters pouted and criticized the ugly Coconut Skull and staggered in, only the youngest one bowed her head shyly to show her consent.
On the wedding day, So Dua arranged a very family meal, the family members ran in and out. At the wedding procession, no one saw the bald, ugly Coconut Skull, only a handsome and handsome man standing next to the youngest. Everyone who saw this felt surprised and happy, and the two sisters were both regretful and jealous.
Since that day, the couple So Dua live together very happily. Not only that, Coconut Skull also proved to be very intelligent. He worked hard day and night with book lights and, of course, that year, Coconut Skull landed poinsettias. But not long after, Coconut Skull was sent as a messenger by the king. Before leaving, he gave his wife a flint stone, a knife and two eggs said to protect himself.
Jealous of the younger sister, the two sisters grew jealous and tried to harm the younger sister in order to be a grandmother. On the occasion of the absence of the official, the two sisters invited the youngest to row a boat to the sea and then tricked her to push her into the water. The youngest girl was swallowed by the orcas, but fortunately had a knife and escaped death. She washed up on an island, cut open the belly of the fish with a knife, beat it with rocks and grilled it on fire. After living for a few days on the island, the two eggs also hatched into a beautiful pair of chickens to be friends with the youngest.
One day a boat passed by the island, the rooster saw it and crowed loudly: o… ooh… o The official boat took my aunt back. The mandarin let the boat in to see, not expecting it to be his wife. The couple met, happy and sad. Bringing his wife home, the official opened a party to invite relatives to share the joy, but he hid his wife in the house not to let anyone know. When the two sisters saw this, they secretly rejoiced, fighting each other to tell the story of their sister’s misfortune. The state did not say anything, after the party was over, he called his wife out. When the two sisters saw their younger sister, they were so embarrassed, they sneaked out and then left the country.

Tam Cam
Once upon a time, there were two half-sisters, whose name was Tam and the younger’s name Cam. Tam’s mother died early, a few years later, Tam’s father also died, Tam lived with his step-aunt, Cam’s mother. This stepmother was very harsh, forcing Tam to do all the heavy lifting from housework to herding buffaloes and cutting grass. Meanwhile, the pampered Cam had to do nothing.
?One day, she gave the two sisters a basket each to tell them to go to the field to shovel shrimp, and promised “Whoever catches a full basket will reward a red bib”. In the field, Tam worked hard to catch a full basket, while Cam was busy playing, so he could not catch anything.
Seeing that Tam had caught a basket full, Cam told her:
– Sister Tam, Ms. Tam! Her head is dirty, she takes a deep sip, lest she scold her mother.
Believing it to be true, Tam went down to the pond to wade into the deep to bathe. Cam took the opportunity to dump all of Tam’s shrimp into his basket and then three legs and four legs forward. When Tam walked up, there was only an empty basket, so he sat down and cried. Hearing Tam’s cry, the Buddha immediately appeared and asked:
– How do you cry?
When he told the story to the Buddha, the Buddha said:
– Come on, shut up! Have you looked in the basket to see if there’s anything else?
Tam looked at the basket and said: – There is only one goby left.
– I brought that goby and dropped it into the well and raised it. Each meal, worth three bowls, I ate two and left one to drop down to Dad. Every time you feed, remember to call it like this:
Bang bang bang
Come and eat our home’s golden rice and silver rice
Do not eat rice porridge with flowers at home.
If you don’t call it like that, it won’t come up, remember!
After saying this, the Buddha disappeared. According to the Buddha’s words, he dropped the ball into the well. Then from that day on, for every meal, Tam saved rice and gave it to him. Every time he heard Tam’s call, he would come to the surface to grab the rice grains that Tam threw down. People and fish are getting to know each other more and more, and they are growing bigger and bigger.
Seeing that Tam often brings rice to the well after each meal, his stepmother suspected, so she told Cam to go watch. Cam hid in a bush by the well and heard Tam calling Bong, so he memorized it and then went back to tell his mother. That night, the stepmother said with a sweet voice to Tam:
– My baby! The village has already started banning copper. Tomorrow I go to herd buffalo, have to take care of the fields far away, don’t take care of the fields, the village will catch the buffalo.
Tam obeyed, the next morning took the buffalo to eat far away. At home, Cam’s mother and daughter brought a bowl of rice to the well and also called Bong to eat as Tam called. Hearing the call, Bong floats to the surface. Cam’s mother was ready, caught the goby and brought it home to be slaughtered.
In the afternoon, Tam brought the buffalo back, after eating, Tam brought a bowl of rice to save for the well. Tam kept calling, calling and calling, and finally saw a blood clot floating on the surface of the water. Knowing that something was not right for him, Tam burst into tears. The Buddha appeared again and asked:
– Why are you crying?
The story told the Buddha, the Buddha said:
– My goblin, people have already eaten the meat. C’mon, shut up! Then go back to pick up its bones, find four jars, put them in, and bury them under the four legs of the bed.
Tam returned according to the Buddha’s words to look for goose bones, but searched forever in the corners of the garden and yard, but could not find them anywhere. A chicken saw this and told Tam:
– Our department works! Give me a handful of rice, I’ll cut the bones for you!
The plate picks up a handful of rice and throws it to the chicken. The chicken ran into the kitchen to dig for a while, then saw the bones immediately. Tam then picked it up, put it in a jar and buried it at the foot of the bed as instructed.
Soon the king celebrated for a few days and nights. Young and old, boys and girls from the villages all eagerly went to see it, on the roads, tangled clothes flowed back to the capital like running water. Cam and her mother also bought beautiful clothes to go to the festival. Seeing that Tam also wanted to go, the stepmother sighed, then she mixed a bowl of rice with a rice ball and told Tam:
– Only when you pick up the rice and the rice for two matches, you can go to the festival.
Saying that, the mother and daughter dressed in shabby clothes went on the road. The pitiful heart burst into tears. The Buddha appeared again and asked:
– How do you cry?
The card pointed to the basket, said:
– My aunt forced me to pick rice out of rice, rice into rice, then I could go to see the festival, when I finished picking it up, the festival was already dissolved.
The Buddha said: – Don’t cry anymore. You bring the basket out in the middle of the yard, so that I can send sparrows down to help pick it up.
– But if the sparrow eats it, when I return, I will still be beaten.
I keep telling them this:
Very (sparrow) came down to pick it up for me
If you eat any seeds, I will kill you
Then they won’t eat mine.
As soon as the Buddha finished speaking, a flock of sparrows landed in the sky above the yard to pick up rice on one side and rice on the other. They chirped around in just a moment and finished, without moving a single grain. But when the sparrow flew away, Tam sobbed again. The Buddha said again:
– Why are you crying?
– I’m so ragged, they don’t let me in.
– You should dig up the jars of goblins that were buried the day before, there will be enough things for you to enjoy.
Plate obey, go dig the jars up. Digging the first jar, he pulled out a tunic, a silk robe, a silk bib, and a shawl. Digging the second jar to bring out a pair of embroidered slippers. Digging the third jar, he found a tiny horse, but as soon as he put the horse on the ground, it suddenly neighed and turned into a real horse. Digging to the last jar, he pulled out a nice set of saddles.
Tam was too happy to take a shower, then walked in, then rode on a horse. The galloping horse soon arrived at the capital. But when jumping over a stone bridge, Tam dropped a comedy into the water, unable to get up.
When the chariot carrying the king crossed the bridge, the elephant suddenly stuck its tusks in the ground and roared, refusing to go. The king sent soldiers into the water to try and find out, they found a very delicate and beautiful embroidered shoe. The king looked at the shoe for a long time and then ordered all the women and girls to see the try-on festival, whoever could fit the shoe, the king would marry.
The party was even more lively because the women and girls jostled each other to the place to try on shoes. She one by one pulled into the house in the middle of the wide lawn to make a little luck. But not a single leg would fit. Cam’s mother is also among them. When Cam and her step-aunt came out of the stairs, they met Tam and Cam told her mother:
– Mom, anyone like Tam also tries comedy!
The step-aunt pouted:
– The bell doesn’t even eat anyone, it’s just a piece of trash left on the bamboo bank!
But when Tam stepped into the comedy, it was just like printing. She opened the towel and took the second one and went in. The two comedies are identical. The servants cheered for joy. The king immediately sent a group of maids to bring her to the palace. Tam stepped onto the palanquin before the surprised and hostile eyes of Cam’s mother and daughter.
Although he lived happily in the palace. Tam still doesn’t forget his father’s death anniversary. She asked the king’s permission to return home to prepare an offering for her aunt. Cam’s mother and daughter saw that Tam was happy and hated it. Now seeing Tam return, jealousy flared up again. Thinking of a trick, the stepmother told Tam:
– In the past, you used to climb areca, climb up and tear a chamber of areca trees to worship your father.
Tam obediently climbed the areca tree, when he reached the room, the stepmother was down here holding a knife to cut the stump. Seeing the tree shake, Tam asked:
– What are you doing under the tree?
– The root is full of ants, aunt chased the ants to keep them from burning you.
But before Tam had time to tear the areca nut, the areca tree fell. Tam fell upside down in the pond to die. The stepmother hastily took off Tam’s clothes for her son to wear to the palace and lied to the king that Tam had unfortunately fallen into the pond and drowned, and now brought her in to replace her sister. The king heard that his stomach was not happy, but did not know what to do.
Talking about the dead plate turned into a golden bird, the bird flew back to the capital to live in the garden. Seeing Cam washing clothes for the king at the well, Vang stopped on a tree branch and told him:
– Drying my husband’s shirt, drying the pole, not drying the fence, tearing my husband’s shirt.
Then the golden bird flew straight into the palace and sat at the window, singing happily. Wherever the king goes, the birds fly there. The king was remembering Tam unrelentingly, seeing the birds attached to him, the king said:
– Gold photo gold you, is your wife, get into the sleeve.
The golden bird he flew again landed in the king’s hand and snuggled into his sleeve. King loved gold he forgot to eat and sleep. The king ordered a golden cage for the birds to live in. From then on, the king was only engrossed in birds day and night, not thinking about Cam.
Thanks in a hurry to tell my mother. His mother told him to catch birds to eat and then lie to the king. Returning to the king’s palace, while the king was away, Cam caught birds for cooking and then threw the feathers in the garden.
The golden feathers he buried in the garden turned out to be two peach trees. When the king went out to play in the garden, their branches and leaves swooped down to cover the shadow, like two parasols. When the king saw a beautiful tree shady, he sent his servants to look at the two trees and lie down to enjoy the cool air. When the king was gone, the branch straightened again. Since then, there has not been a day when the King did not go out and rest in the two cypress trees.
Cam knew about it and told her mother about it. His mother said, just send a worker to cut trees to make looms and then lie to the king. Returning to the palace, on a stormy day, Cam sent workers to cut down a peach tree to get wood and frame it for a loom. Seeing that the tree was cut down, the king asked, and Cam replied:
– The tree fell because of the storm, I sent a chopper to make a loom to weave clothes for His Majesty.
But when the loom is closed. When Cam sat in weaving, she always heard the sound of the loom cursing her:
Coke creak creak
Take your husband’s picture.
She poked her eyes out
Seeing that, Cam was scared and rushed home to tell her mother. His mother told him to burn the loom, then take the ashes away and dump them far away for peace of mind. Returning to the palace, Cam did as her mother said. He took the burned ashes to the side of the road far from the palace.
A pile of ashes on the side of the road grew a tall, luxuriant twig. In the fruiting season, the tree can only have one fruit, but the fragrance spreads everywhere. An old woman selling water nearby one day passed under the tree, smelled the fragrance, looked up and saw the fruit on a high branch, then held out her hand and muttered:
– Thi, Thi, she fell on her, she let her smell but she did not eat.
As soon as the old woman finished speaking, the fruit fell right into the bag. The old woman took it home and kept it in her room, occasionally coming in to admire and smell the fragrance.
Every day, the old woman goes to the empty market. From the fruit came out a girl with a body as small as a finger, but in the blink of an eye, she turned into Tam. As soon as Tam came out, he took a broom to clean the house, then went to wash the rice to blow rice, pick vegetables in the garden to cook soup to help the shopkeeper. The piece of Tam recorded the small image again and then went into the fruit market. Every time she went to the market, the old woman also saw that the house was tidy, the rice was delicious, and the sweet soup was ready, she was surprised.
One day, the lady pretended to go to the market, but half way back, she sneaked back and lurked in the bushes behind the house. Meanwhile, Tam emerged from the fruit and worked as usual. The old woman crept back into the gap in the door. When she saw the beautiful girl, she was overjoyed, suddenly rushed in and hugged Tam, and tore up her shell.
Since then, Tam has been living with her mother-in-law, the two of them love each other like mother and daughter. Every day, Tam helps the old woman with blowing rice, cooking water, wrapping cakes, and making betel nut for her to sell.
One day the king went out of the palace to play. Seeing that there was a clean water stall on the roadside, he stopped in. The old woman brought betel nut and offered it to the king. Seeing betel nut with phoenix wings, the king suddenly remembered his wife’s betel nut the same way, and asked:
– Whose name is this betel nut?
“This betel nut is his daughter,” replied the old woman.
– Where is your daughter, call here to show me your face
The old woman called Tam out. As soon as the plate appeared, the king immediately recognized his wife the day before, somewhat younger and more beautiful than before. The king was overjoyed, asked the old woman to tell the story, and then ordered the servants to bring the palanquin to bring Tam to the palace.
When Cam See Tam returned and was loved by the king as before, he couldn’t help but be jealous. One day, Cam asked her:
– Sister Tam, Ms. Tam! How are you so beautiful?
Tam did not answer, just asked again:
– Do you want to be beautiful, let me help you!
Thank you immediately. Tam ordered his servants to dig a deep hole and boil a pot of water. Tam told Cam to go down to the pit and then ordered his servants to pour boiling water into the hole. Cam died. Tam sent the body to make fish sauce and sent it to his stepmother, saying it was a gift from her daughter. Cam’s mother thought it was true, took out the fish sauce to eat, and cried and praised every meal. A crow flew up somewhere and sat on the roof of the house, saying:
– Delicious and delicious! Mom ate meat, even begging for pieces.
Cam’s mother was very angry, scolded loudly and then carried a pole to chase crows. But when the day came to eat almost all, she looked at herself, and when she saw the skull of her son, she fell down dead in horror.
