Screen upside down
This game is mainly used to tease your friends. If you press Control + Alt + one of the arrow keys, the screen will flip in the corresponding direction.
Note: This game can’t work for all machines (and only on Windows) but if you do, you will really make your friend panic!

Take a screenshot of part of the screen
If you just want to take a screenshot of a portion of your screen, here’s the simplest way to do it, whether you’re on a Mac or a Windows PC:
- On a Mac, press Command + Shift + 4 and the tool will appear. Just drag and drop to the right part of the screen you want to capture. Release your hand and the image will be saved to the desktop,
- For Windows machines, go to Start and select Snipping Tool.

Customize Chrome browser to your liking
If you want to prank someone, and send them a screenshot of something that never existed, there’s a super easy way on Chrome. First, go to Chrome, press F12, then type document.designMode=”on”. You can then edit whatever text appears on the screen.

Quick access to virtual keyboard
Press Windows + R key, enter “osk”, appear a virtual keyboard with the same features as the real keyboard.

Pause the video playing on YouTube
Which button would you press to pause a video playing on YouTube? Is the way empty? If so, then you are greatly mistaken. To pause a YouTube video, press the K key, to resume playback, press the K key again. To fast forward 10 seconds, press J, to rewind 10 seconds, press L.

Reverse Search on Google Chrome
In Google Chrome, if you press S with the right mouse button on the image, you will perform a reverse search command. That means instead of typing in a keyword to search for an image, you can track it down and find out what website the image originates from.

Swap windows between programs
Another little trick, holding down the Windows key and pressing the Tab key will help switch between program windows.

Quick Open Properties
Hold down the Windows key and then press the Fn key, press the Home key again, you can open the Properties item without having to use the mouse pointer to place the My computer icon, right-click and select Properties.

Move the window to any side of the screen or to the next screen
If you click on the Windows key with an arrow key (right, left, top, bottom), your current window will be moved to the respective sides of the screen. Unfortunately, this feature is only available on Windows machines.

Quickly close or switch tabs when opening multiple programs
When you have multiple programs open at the same time and want to switch between program windows, use Ctrl+Tab, and if you want to immediately close the open window, press Ctrl+W.
