- CHU DJE: Write a letter to someone to say why the world needs tolerance
- Author: Ho Thi Que Chi, 10th grader in literature, Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province
- Jury comments: Que Chi was wise when she decided to write a letter to international terrorist Osama Bin Laden. Because conflicts and terrorism have become dangerous, threatening peace and security in the region and the world. Que Chi affirmed that resolving conflicts by terrorism was the wrong choice. By asking questions, then arguing to give answers, Que Chi’s letter is a frank and fair exchange and debate with an international terrorist. The argument of the letter is philosophical, modern language, rich in ideas.

Vietnam, December 31, 12
To Mr. Osama bin Laden!
I’m not sure you’ll read this letter, but if the words I’m writing are in your eyes, I hope you’ll have the patience to read it through.
Would you laugh when you know that I – an ordinary high school girl in a small country – dared to write a letter to a notorious terrorist? One of the reasons I took up the pen was to help him believe in his own serenity and escape. Don’t be quick to despise the words of a 15-year-old girl, I have enough faith to hope that he will change his mind.
His country and mine are too far apart for us to know each other, even though the events of September 11, 9 brought his “reputation” to the world. Maybe that makes you proud? He is in conflict with the US Government, but that does not mean that he has the right to drag many innocent people into his violent game. Do you know how many scientists, how many good businessmen, how many employees, how many innocent civilians have died unjustly at the foot of the twin towers? I’ve realized that in life, people always make choices and sometimes it’s about choosing an attitude. So why did he choose anger and revenge over tolerance?
In school, we were taught that: Life is inherently difficult, challenging, sometimes disappointing and sad. Be brave enough to always be yourself and don’t lose your faith, your hopes, your dreams. You are older than me but I wonder if you have learned that? Life is always fair. Obstacles and misfortunes can happen at any time without warning, but in return, we will find the magic and great beauty of courage, of love. Faced with these difficulties and challenges, each person will choose for themselves a way to accept and confront to have a separate direction. You must know that from the bottom of every human heart there is a strong desire – that is, the desire to live. I think he is no exception.
He wanted the US government to pay the price, but not only them, but many other innocent beings also had to die when the twin towers fell. Is that your aim? Perhaps he was happy that it caused the White House to suffer, but surely he would be happy to see the loss of so many families? He chose hatred and violence. If those innocent commoners also chose to do the same as you, what would the world be like? If only he had more wisdom to be tolerant, perhaps many unjust tears would not fall. One of the hardest and most precious things for humans is consolation.
Six years have passed, what do you think will ease the pain of the families of the victims of 11/9-2001? I believe it is tolerance. Not only me but every conscientious person in this world understands that what is lost cannot be regained. We regret, we hurt, but that doesn’t mean we will take revenge like you. We are ready to forgive if you realize your mistake to change. But will he be able to forgive himself? For me, the cure for all diseases, faults, preoccupations, sorrows and sins of man, all lies in the one word “love”. The essence of love is tolerance. It is the great power to generate and regenerate social life. Don’t you believe it?
Let me tell you a story that happened in 1969 when racism in America had not improved. An African-American boy was the only black student in a certain class. He was befriended by a white girl. Then they moved to sit at the same table. Worried, the white girl’s mother went to see her homeroom teacher. But seeing the love of a mother of color, she hesitated. She did not say that she wanted to ask to change seats for her child, but still tried to prevent that friendship of the two children. And the simple birthday gift of an African boy to a white friend is a love thread that erases prejudices about affection…
The story touched me deeply about human emotions. If you think this is childish, then I think you should think again. These two children differ from him in that they respect each other and overcome the barriers of the apartheid regime to come together. The story of two children is a lesson about tolerance: Recognizing and evaluating people are not hostile or prejudiced, but full of compassion and forgiveness. “I wish that one day my children will live in a country where no one can be judged by the color of their skin, but only by their soul!” Are you sure you understand that statement?
Waves cannot be generated by themselves, they are formed by winds from the ocean surface. Humans are the same, no one can exist in the world alone. On the contrary, we must live in harmony with the support and help of the social community in all aspects. That’s why the world needs tolerance. Tolerance is necessary for all relationships that mankind in this world has, is and will carry out. The important thing for every human being is not what we get, but what we know to give. And I think he is still alive to this day which is a mercy of God. He should be grateful for that instead of continuing to be angry and terrorized. Why don’t you think more openly that this Earth is alive, this world has not been destroyed because of the tolerance between man and man?
He is world famous with three words “terrorist boss”, what is there to be proud of? Elaine Maxwell said, “I am the power, I can clear all obstacles before me, otherwise I will get caught in the net. My choice, my responsibility, victory or defeat, only I hold the key to my destiny.”
I’ve learned that failure doesn’t mean falling, but just a pause on the way forward. One cannot do everything alone. But one can do something meaningful with this life. I hope you will do something useful for this society, if you remove hatred, if you awaken the tolerance hidden deep in your heart. I hope even though it’s fragile!

Dear Mr. Antonio Guterres!
Today he officially became the 9th Secretary General of the United Nations. I send him my deepest congratulations and wish him to solve many problems for the world during his tenure.
Although he is only an 8th grader, he is very interested in the political issues of the country and the world. Mr. Ban-Ki-moon said he was “a good choice for the world, for the United Nations”. I admire him so much!
Sir! He took office in the context of the world having many ups and downs, bloody conflicts, raging terrorism, climate change, the changing role of the US under President Donald Trump… so I’m very supportive of him. It is time to fight for peace.
Previously, as the head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), he was dubbed “the tireless patron of refugees”. I know your efforts are great, but this is a global problem. Why is Mrs. Merkel, the German chancellor who opened the border to refugees, condemned for creating security challenges; Or does Mr. Obama accept 10.000 refugees, also criticized because terrorists will infiltrate? In contrast, the richest village in Europe – the village of Obewil Lieli (Switzerland) accepted to pay a fine of $ 30.000 instead of accepting 10 Syrian refugees, also accused of racism; Or did Donald Trump ban immigration to Syrian refugees and 6 other countries, and was also strongly opposed? Everyone has their own reasons, but does anyone without a home lose the right to be protected? Does the dying sprout need no tears? I don’t think you or anyone with common sense on Earth would sit back and accept that. But I also think that no matter how hard you and the United Nations try, they can’t solve the refugee problem in the old way.
Therefore, I would like to be your advisor, come up with an idea that solves the refugee problem and is very humane. Please take a few minutes to listen to your grandson!
My idea comes from Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris buying an island for refugees. It was the photo of 3-year-old Aylan lying face down on the Turkish coast that awakened him. He named the island Aylan, built houses, schools, hospitals, provided food, electricity and water to create jobs for them. This idea has been agreed and cooperated by the UNHCR agency. Although there are many barriers, but I believe that, if we are determined, we can make this project a reality. In this way, all parties involved benefit.
First, millions of refugees will receive life, peace. And when the living conditions in their country are better, they can return to their homeland at any time.
The second party, Europe and the US, will not have to worry and argue about refugees, not accepting it will be inhumane, receiving will cause security problems.
The third party, who buys the island for the refugees, will be saved for posterity. I agree with Mr. Sawris that everyone who contributes capital to buy the island will benefit because they will receive shares and become a partner in this project. After the island has been completed as a beautiful city, the profits from the economy, culture, society, and tourism are huge for investors in the long run.
The fourth party, the peninsular nation reaped a large profit. If they hesitate to accept an island of refugees into their country, they can sell it off and the island form its own state with independent autonomy.
What do you think of my idea? You just write to me, I will discuss more thoroughly! And our last job is to find potential billionaires, call them to cooperate with the United Nations to invest in humanitarian projects. this.
Sir, Mr. Sawris ranks 557/1810 billionaires in the world, and he confidently bought islands for refugees, so I believe he will find 5 people who agree with this project, that’s enough for the number of people. refugee of the world. Other billionaires can contribute equity capital. Please advise these 5 billionaires: Mr. Bill Gates, CEO of Microsoft; Mr. Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway; Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook; Mr. Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon, Koch brothers, CEO of industrial group Koch Industries.
What they have in common is their commitment to giving 99% of their wealth to charity. I will help you write letters to these billionaires. I believe they are all excited about their grandson’s project; from there, will bring positive changes to the lives of millions of people, solving problems for the United Nations, Europe and the United States.
I would like to end my letter with the words of 7-year-old girl in Syria, Bana Al-Abed: “Dear Mr. Trump, banning refugees is very bad! If that’s true, I have this idea for you: Let’s make other nations peaceful.” We love peace, are working for peace, so that no more refugees leave their homeland, right?
His young advisor!

East Sea, January 1, 1
Hello Son Tinh, the enemy is not waiting for our death!
You must be very surprised when you receive this letter because we have only faced each other, but never agreed to talk to you. But today, I want to talk to you because I have something very important.
No, I see that people have always loved and respected you more than me. Even the heroic King Hung wanted to choose you as his son-in-law, so he asked for all the things that are only available in your country. That makes me bitter because in fact, in the talent contest that day, no one won against me. If you have the talent to build a city to turn mountains, I have the ability to call the rain to call the wind. Our strength is equal to heaven and earth. Every year, I offer water to pay my respects just because of “itching, scabies and jealousy”, I didn’t expect it to make humanity miserable. However, now that I think about it, I see that the people involved are not unfair because they only praise you, only see you as precious, but don’t know how precious my Mercury is!
I hate humans because they are known for being intelligent, but why don’t they realize my great value? It is we who make all life for this planet, regulate the temperature to make the climate cool. Without me, all things and plants would wither and die, and humans would not live more than five days. Of course, then you also became a graveyard.
For humans, I am their life because I make up most of the body weight and participate in the metabolic processes that help people live and survive. We also help them with food and clothing, run turbines in factories, participate in many manufacturing industries, and create abundant material wealth. In life, we always closely accompany people everywhere: when eating, drinking, washing, bathing, toileting… Without me, they not only die of thirst but also starve, even if they want to. They can’t cry because they don’t have tears.
And yet, we also contribute to creating natural and magical beauties, an endless source of inspiration for poetry and music. The image of King Thuy Te, Mermaid, Lac Long Quan … has long gone into a legend that people can’t forget. As a result, people’s spiritual life becomes richer and happier.
To be fair, we both have great merits for humans. We are the Father and Mother who gave birth to them, nurtured them wholeheartedly, but why do they only appreciate and appreciate you, but they look down on us with great contempt. In the past, although they were not on our side, they still treated us with a bit of friendliness, and today they waste us as if it were something insignificant, innumerable. Many people still blatantly litter, dirty sewage makes us dirty, smelly, infected, and slowly die. They even made malicious plots, cut down all the trees and forests so that we have no place to live, making the ponds, lakes, rivers and streams dry.
I see how foolish people are today. Do they not know the rule “Death, God also dies”, destroying us, a dark future also awaits them: by 2035, nearly half of the earth’s population will face difficulties difficult due to lack of water. In the not too distant future, Mercury will be a decisive factor in the lives of all mankind such as political instability, armed conflict, poverty, disease… Let’s be honest, natural disasters. Today’s storms and floods are not because we want to take revenge on you, but because we are the ones who sow the wind, so we have to reap the storms, but today we are also old, we are not strong enough to be jealous anymore.
While we don’t know how to make people understand the problem, suddenly we hear the sound of children swimming in the sea while talking about the topic of the 42nd UPU International Letter Writing Contest “Why is water so precious?” . Ha ha ha! I am very happy that one day people will wake up and care about me. But there are still a lot of people who turn their backs on me, so I decided to write this letter, send it through UPU so that everyone understands my value and doesn’t hold grudges against me anymore. I want them to understand that actions that destroy water are also destroying their own resources and Mother Earth. Therefore, the Government must soon make plans to regularly take care of and protect freshwater sources, plant more forest trees so that we can have shelter, and actively promote the propaganda and education of people’s awareness. How to protect us by simple actions such as immediately locking the faucet switch after use, using it sparingly, avoiding waste…
I think, as long as people love me like they used to love you and join hands to act decisively from now on, their lives will be peaceful and I will have no reason to cause floods anymore. .
Hi mi!

Amazon forest, February 16, 2
Dear Sir Josehp Sepp Blatter!
I am also quite nervous as I write this letter to the President of FIFA. I know you are very busy with a lot of work, but please take a moment to read my letter like you are reading a letter from a sports fan.
I am a 500 year old pine tree living in the great Amazon family. I got to know him and football from hearing Miss Wind tell me that the country I live in is about to host the World Cup. I was even more excited but also sad.
Do you understand why? Simply, from recent events, I have realized that: “Protecting the forest is like a football final: One is a win, the other is a defeat!”. You don’t laugh at what I say, do you?
A few hundred years ago, when Western and North American scientists came to explore this rich South American land, in their hands were many strange tools that I had never known: Compass, binoculars, shotguns… and there were even thick books filled with words with drawings of flowers and plants. Sometimes they even clip leaves from the side of the road to the pages of a book. Interesting! They must be biologists. Listening to my mother tell me, there were very few people in the past. Occasionally, they are found wandering in the forest, wearing loincloths, weapons full of spears, rudimentary machetes… They come here just to find dry firewood, a few small animals, some wild vegetables. They did no harm to us, even, they worshiped the forest as a saint, the mother who provided them with all the necessities. But, humans develop really fast. They change the world in a dizzying way. Listening to Ms. Wind recounted, the former villages have now become bustling cities. Wild lands that no one knew until now have sprung up massive industrial zones, releasing smoke into the sky.
The more I told, the more disappointed I became. Millions of years ago, man was still just an ordinary ape if there were no trees, we made a home for them to live in, provide oxygen for life, for all things on earth, try asking the name that human people who call their planet “blue planet” exist or not? We do not promote ourselves, but our values and interests are completely true. Not to mention, the Amazon forest every year emits millions of billions of cubic meters of oxygen to provide life. As the largest forest in the world, every year we protect against soil erosion, maintain water sources, and prevent damage caused by floods and droughts. Currently, we are home to about 2,5 million species of insects, tens of thousands of species of plants and about 2 species of birds and animals. Only our house has created so many benefits.
I said, don’t be sad, but the forest has been slowly being destroyed. Partly due to economic currency, profit. Part of it is due to the ignorance of people that should: burn forests for cultivation, raise cattle. Every year, our house is cut off from 415.000 square kilometers to 2 square kilometers. Before, I was surrounded by plants, all kinds of things, the sky, the ground… now, I can see in the distance factories, factories, and plantations sprouting like mushrooms. Do you know the Domino effect? Assuming the forest does not exist, everything lacks oxygen; The land no longer exists, everything is submerged in the sea of water.
65 million years ago, a giant meteorite made many animals extinct, including dinosaurs. And now, Mother Earth is slowly having to accept that the apocalypse is not caused by meteorites or other events outside the universe, but by the “prodigies” of the Creator. People have had to mention and have a headache because the phrase “climate change” was written by themselves, causing the Elnino phenomenon, perforating the ozone layer, the greenhouse effect that makes the Earth warmer, and the polar ice to melt. run. Humans are gradually going against the laws of nature. Unbelievable when the Amazon River dried up again with record low water levels. Hundreds of wildfires in Russia, Australia and many other countries. Tsunamis and storms always hit the coastal areas at any time. It is predicted that the sea level will gradually increase by 1 meter by 2050… Horrible!
Up until now, I have been talking about environmental issues, which must have made you a little scared. Well, let’s turn to football – his forte. Just like I told you at the beginning: Defend the forest – a life-and-death battle. It’s also very simple, people have been choosing lucrative fields like the forest to kick the profit ball through. Wherever that ball goes, people will exhaust the rich resources there. When the forests are dead, people will continue to kick that ball in other surfaces such as sea, underground… They will knock down all natural defenses to create a beautiful goal. They will not expect, that goal is their own death. If they know how to “play” reasonably and recreate the “courtyard”, they will always be able to play freely and comfortably without fear of “owning an own goal”.
Hopefully, what I’ve said, you’ve remembered. Football is a king sport, it makes people on this planet passionate about every ball. Why don’t you use football to spread the message of forest protection in particular and environmental protection in general. Why don’t you and the FIFA council hold a meeting to boldly make a decision: Which country does a good job of protecting forests and protecting the environment will be able to host the World Cup. He and his associates can encourage national teams and clubs to change their colors and logos to carry the message of forest protection. Fans often love and follow their idols. Therefore, you can mobilize each player to become a goodwill ambassador in preserving the green of the forest.
It’s not too late to repaint the Earth from small jobs to big conferences. As a football fan, I advise you to protect the forest is to protect the king sport. As a child of Mother Nature, remember: “Protecting the forest is protecting our lives!”.
A football fan.

- Author: Pham Phuong Thao is a student in class 7B8, Chu Van An Secondary School, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city

Dear Madam!
I am Vi Phong’s little violin – her youngest son. The past few days have been stressful and painful for her family. My condolences. But please, don’t lose your little son’s passion for music.
As a daily guitar that is neatly placed in the corner of the room, I witnessed what was going on in her family. Her husband left her with a famous violinist who made her sad and became hating violin, hating so-called music. So why would she accidentally destroy her son’s musical dreams so that he could return to living the same life as before?
The owner has been blind since childhood. He told me many times about his old life. Without me, you were so quiet and lonely! No friends, no fun, not daring to step out of the house without his parents… He has low self-esteem, always relies on others. Until one day, when he accidentally heard the sound of a violin in his ear, he longed to have one. So many times, out of nowhere, a passion for music rose up in his little soul. Since I came to you, everything has changed completely. Music to him is from the ears, but more than from the heart. He learned to play with his blind eyes and the admiration of his music teacher. With each fingertip gently sliding the stick over the frame, he felt the music with love and passion. You love music so much!
And then, you know, the master opened up to life. He demanded to go to school, asked to go out, asked to interact and interact with people. Part of him wanted to show off his playing skills, and partly because of the impact music had on his soul. Music? It is not only something born to entertain, but also changes a person’s life. It was me – the musical instrument that turned a misguided boy into a person with dreams and ambitions. Did you know he dreamed of becoming a great violinist?
So she understood how the music touched each person. Her little son is a clear example of that. His soul is clearer, more optimistic, he lives more purposefully. He wanted to go to school, he wanted to play with his friends, to have many friends who loved him. He had thrown away all the guilt of his previous dark life. That’s when music took over. Music was too important, too necessary for him. It brought a new horizon, a new world – the world of light, of sublimation that he had not seen with his eyes. The future is coming, imagine a boy named Vi Phong proudly standing on the stage, engrossed in high-pitched notes and roaming around with the audience’s applause – something she couldn’t bring, Your father couldn’t bring it either.
Isn’t that a miracle?
And wouldn’t she be very happy and proud?
So why would she forbid her son from playing music for such a personal reason. But do you know, every time she leaves the house, the master still sneaks out to pull me out, pulls up peaceful notes, drops his soul into clear melodies. Then every time she came back, he rushed to throw me in the corner, like what she did to me – beat me mercilessly so she wouldn’t find out. After each time he threw me like that, he swooped over to me, holding me in his arms, sobbing with painful sobs. As for me, after being bruised by dust, because of my master’s love, care and respect, I still live like today.
Honorable hostess! Did she want her son’s life to return to the old ways? Did she want that boy full of desires and dreams to give up music, give up the music that made him confident like today? She is so heartless and cruel! Music, once a person’s life, is difficult to pull it out of them.
So, I hope you, after reading this letter, put aside your personal sadness and think about your son, about the bright future that he is aiming for. I look forward to a nice change.
From the master’s room.
Violin Tree.

The Land of Love, February 15, 02.
Dear Andersen Writer!
Do you still remember me? I’m the “Little Match Girl” in your short story of the same name, a poor little girl who has to fumble through the snow in the cold winter and die on a Christmas Eve – the night everyone knows. Wishing you all the best.
If I had met you before the night you wrote the story about me, I would have begged you not to create such a pitiful character. I want to grow up in a more beautiful world, live a peaceful and happy life but unfortunately fate and you did not give me the right to choose.
I had to live in an orphanage, not long after that my dearest grandmother also passed away; The inheritance was destroyed by the addicted father, who beat and tortured his daughter all day, especially when she did not sell any matches all day.
Not only do I have a dream of a happy family, I also want to go to school, have fun like so many friends my age, not have to carry a bag full of matches and worry about not going to school. sold out, scolded, cursed, beaten…
I’m so sad and sorry for you! If only that year, he gave me a complete home, a full life for me to study, go to school with friends, how good it is! Honestly, the world I always dream about in my deep sleep is not really the most modern and civilized world, I just need a life in which people never have to face wars, hatreds, etc. enemies, diseases, poverty, social evils…
It was the grandmother that I loved who left me forever just because of illness and poverty! The white dove wings gently fly in the fresh, airy sky, free of dust and pollution, below is the roof surrounded by ivy, with the mother’s voice, the father’s voice is warm and gentle… That’s the life I’ve always wanted, you know?
What I regret most about your story is that between people there is an invisible gap that exists, preventing the harmony of love. You also know, seeing a cold little girl in the middle of a cold New Year’s Eve greeted matches, but no one stopped to buy a bag to help. Then when the girl “held her hand and flew up”, flying to another world, people didn’t even care, maybe it was just a few words of gossip to satisfy their curiosity.
Sir! Before dying of hunger and cold, that little girl died because of the cold, insensitivity, cruelty and selfishness of people. The more I think about it, the more I understand Loilla Cather’s simple yet very meaningful saying: “Where there is love, there are always miracles”.
If only people cared more about each other, perhaps a miracle would have happened and I would not have returned to God. Love, sharing, helping fellow human beings, just that small dream, but no one can help me, help children with situations like mine, can you do it?
Sir! Surely he was surprised! His obedient little girl today writes letters to complain to him because he has not given her the life she dreams of. No, sir, I understand that because of your concern and concern for the fate of unfortunate children around the world, you have written such a sad story. He wrote it with all his heart in the hope that he can awaken the emotionless hearts of some people, so that we can have a better life.
That’s right, Grandpa, since the day “The Little Match Girl” was published and released in many countries around the world, there were many fans writing to me. The most recent letter I received was the emotional confession of an unnamed boy from Vietnam. In the letter, he mentioned a contest with a very good theme: “Write a letter about the world you want to grow up in”.
So I decided to write and send a letter to you with the hope that through UPU postal trucks, this letter will reach you, helping you understand more about my dreams, ambitions as well as many hearts. Another baby about a world where every child wants to grow up and thrive.
Sir! Hope you will remember me, about this short story named after this baby more than 166 years ago. Always cherish a belief that he is still healthy, always cherish a love for my Andersen! Wishing you a very enjoyable evening!
The Little Match Girl.

To: Sir George Bush
You will be very surprised to receive this letter from me, from the leader of the wolf tribe in Northern Canada, home of purebred wolves, of noble and powerful wolves. Beside me right now was my first son, who was dying. Maybe it won’t make it through the night, sir? It drank contaminated water from a logging and wood processing factory. He is also a father, so maybe he understands my pain, the pain of a father losing a child, the pain of seeing his son writhing in pain slowly dying without doing anything. Sir, I made the mistake of letting my son roam away from the pack, something that has never been in the custom of our wolves. But, if people didn’t dump toxic substances into that water, my son wouldn’t have this problem!
Dear Sir, Your country is the land with the most developed economy in the world, so I think America also has countless factories and massive industrial parks. You’re very proud of that, aren’t you? You can proudly declare to the world that the United States is the country with the most advanced and developed economy, but would you dare to declare that the United States is the country with the cleanest air?
I just received a letter from my brother Ice Bear in Antarctica, saying that the hole in the ozone layer there is alarmingly large and that the constant rise in temperature is causing the ice there to melt? Sudden sea level rise will inundate fertile plains and many other environmental consequences will occur, not only threatening the lives and lives of hundreds and thousands of creatures on Earth but also threatening the environment. threaten human life. Did you know that every twenty-four hours, hundreds of creatures on Earth disappear and thousands of species remain on the brink of extinction? It seemed like it was only a matter of time before falling to that precipice. Isn’t humanity itself facing a lot of dangerous diseases stemming from that polluted environment?
Do you know why I tell You all this? Don’t you wonder why the ice melts or where does the chemical waste and garbage come from? No, a President like you would know all of that. And that is why I am writing to you, Mr. Bush! Have you ever wondered what is behind the advanced science of your country in particular and the world in general? Is it the black smoke that rises from the chimneys of factories, from millions of cars … has created acid rain, is the mountain of industrial waste that is polluting the atmosphere causing the greenhouse effect – the cause of global warming leading to melting ice at the poles of the globe, is… Do you know how much time it takes for the Creator to give humans and all living things an environment? Perfect school? But since needing to improve life, need to create weapons to compete for power, mankind has directly upset the natural balance that the Creator has created. The environment, or rather nature, is not a public landfill for people to freely dump, not a place for mankind to test their dangerous longan seed weapon. Then when natural disasters and epidemics occur, from those consequences, people complain that nature is so cruel and unfair to people?!
I do not deny, sir, in no way deny what man has tried to improve the environment. One of the people who showed that effort was the United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan. He won the Nobel Prize for the environment. That award is well deserved. But such people seem to be too few, too little to compensate for the environmental pollution that millions of people have been causing. That is why today, sir, as a leader in dialogue with a leader, I do not “request” but “request” you and humanity to act. immediately in a practical way to improve and protect the environment. With your prestige, please discuss with other countries to immediately set up international organizations to protect the environment, take measures to immediately limit deforestation, and have laws to conserve rare animals. In addition, they must immediately find measures to treat waste, treat chemicals, limit harmful emissions and protect clean water sources. Those things that I and the whole wolf tribe can not do not only in Canada but also in the whole world. But His people can do it. Never say “The environment is too polluted, we can’t do anything“. Humans have “destroyed”, people can “build” again. If I were the Creator, I would definitely regret allowing apes to evolve into humans without granting the female wolf that honor.
When I knew that my son could not escape the hand of death, I got angry and gathered the entire wolf tribe, determined to kill all the cruel people in that factory to take revenge. But, when I was about to leave, my son stopped me. Do you know what it says? “Dad, don’t do that. I know you love me, but if you attack those people, they will resist, and will definitely hurt you and the wolf brothers. Even if these people die, others will come and pollute the water again. Will he live forever to kill them all? There are too many people like that in this world. Please heal so that you can warn them, but don’t do this senseless personal revenge, father!“. My son is a grown man, and he’s already smarter than me, even near death.
Sorry that this letter has taken up so much of your time. I would like to stop writing here. I would like to express my most sincere thanks and hope that the Postal Service of the world will send this message of mine to Mr.
“Nature can live without man, but man cannot live a day without nature”. Remember that man can only control nature, but cannot control the wrath of nature, sir.

- Author: Ho Thi Hieu Hien – Grade 6/9, Tay Son Secondary School, Hai Chau District, City. Danang
- Jury comments: A letter from Ho Thi Hieu Hien to director Zhang Yimou – a famous director in China and the world, with the desire to have really good movies on the topic of HIV/AIDS. Thereby, people will better understand the dangers of AIDS to effectively prevent and help awaken those who are still indifferent to this century’s disease.

Dear director Zhang Yimou!
When I send this letter, I hope every day it will reach you soon. Then I worry that when I see a strange address: “Sender: Ho Thi Hieu Hien – Vietnam” I don’t know if he will open the letter to read it or not? Sir! I hope you take a little more precious time to listen to my heart, maybe you will find in it something greater than the usual affection of fans for idols.
Sir, I just had the intention to write to you after my school launched the 39th UPU International Letter Writing Competition on the topic of AIDS prevention. In order for my article to have a factual basis, I went to find out some subjects to see how people understand and prevent AIDS.
First, I asked my grandmother, and my grandmother said: “You have lived this long, but you still don’t know what your face is like. She heard it resided in people who lived in vain. Don’t go near them lest the “Ed” stick to you.” – Oh, grandma doesn’t understand AIDS at all, does she?
When I asked him, both his parents said: “AIDS is a disease that weakens the human immune system caused by the HIV virus. This disease is very dangerous because there is currently no cure. You must absolutely stay away from evils such as drug addiction and promiscuous sex in order to protect yourself.” My mother also told me again and again: “If any of you in class are infected with HIV, you must tell them immediately so that your parents can ask to change schools or change classes for you.” – My parents are civil servants, but they still discriminate against people with H.
I also asked my younger brother, he affirmed: “There are no AIDS students in my class, but if I did, I would wear a mask or stay home from school.” – It’s funny, I thought AIDS was the same as H1N1.
On the way, I asked the worker who was sweeping the garbage, she immediately pointed to the syringe casings lying on the side of the road: “There, the HIV virus is contained in those syringes!” – The worker’s understanding is not quite complete, is it?
When it was time to go to the restaurant to eat, I talked about the boss again. He quickly said: “Sida? Just look at someone who is sick, walks slowly, has many pimples on his body, that’s right! Don’t worry, I never let them in to eat and drink to infect guests.” – God, what a pity for those who don’t have H but have the same appearance as he described. Little did he know that HIV is not transmitted through food or casual contact and that we are living with AIDS now.
When I went to class, I also discussed with my friends, but many of them were very indifferent, thinking that HIV/AIDS prevention is the job of health authorities, no one in our class has AIDS to worry about! – The attitude of my friends is so indifferent, no wonder every day up to a thousand children under the age of fifteen are infected with HIV.
I also investigated a few more cases but most of them were very negligent. I am really concerned about this situation and want to write a letter calling on everyone to raise awareness and change behavior to prevent this disease. But for a few days now, I sit and think and don’t know how to write, so I put down my pen to watch TV. At this time, the TV channel was showing the movie “Hoang Kim Giap” directed by him. The movie is so good! No wonder, I see people praising you a lot online. With a series of world famous films such as: Red Sorghum, Must Live, Cuc Dau, High Hanging Red Lantern, Cross Face ambush, Hoang Kim Giap…, he has conquered everyone’s hearts. However, a thought flashed through my mind: I wish I had a talent for making movies like you? I will immediately build great movies on the topic of HIV/AIDS to awaken humanity. Grandpa, my first film will be a moving story of a tragic and romantic love: a man and a woman fall deeply in love, but in the end still can’t get married because one of them has H. Next is a movie called “Must die” which will be as popular as his movie “Must live”.
Through the film, I want to send a message: people don’t want to die early, they have to die, because it is unexpected that Death is always ready for high-risk behaviors such as unsafe sex and using needles. in general… Most of the films I produced are inspired by real life scenes and the main characters are poor victims of AIDS. That is a civil servant who strives and preserves all his life, but just a moment of pleasure has lost everything. A medical worker who worked hard for many days, just a little careless, accidentally contracted HIV. A man who worked hard all his life built a family, but at the end of his life he had to die alone and estranged. Teenagers who are full of life, one day become a rabid body because they accidentally ask for drugs, share needles and syringes with people with H. There is an innocent baby with clear eyes but his parents died early from AIDS, and I don’t know when Death will come to take it away. There are also girls, knowing they have H, have planned to take revenge on life, spreading death to many others.
Oh my, how many people are as many fates. All the love, pain, humiliation, foolishness and thorough understanding of how to prevent AIDS will be conveyed into the film gently but deeply. I hope, with their special haunting power, these films will set fire to people’s hearts, ease pain, erase guilt and awaken the conscience of those who are still indifferent to this disease. But Mr. Hey, I’m “relentless”, I think only you can help me make these dreams come true to save humanity. So I look forward to hearing from you and understanding!
Sincerely!
Ho Thi Hieu Hien (Grade 6/9, Tay Son Secondary School, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City)

Hanoi, date 30 month 12 year 2011
Dear Mr. Ngo Huu Ky Phong, Olympic champion of Athens 2011!
First of all, I – an ordinary schoolboy – would like to send you an example of extraordinary life force, love and respect. Sir, I am writing this letter today first to express my admiration, then to thank you for helping me better understand the meaning of the Olympic Games.
Olympic – those three hours must have reminded him of many unforgettable memories associated with the gold medal on the 50m run. Perhaps in his mind, the imprint of the Olympics was still shining brightly. I have never experienced your feelings, so what I understand and think about the Olympics is also vague!
Tell me not to laugh at you, because in the past for me, the Olympics was just an opportunity for my father to sit and stare at the TV, sometimes whispering for a few hours; so that you can enjoy watching athletes with strong muscles. And I keep wondering: “Why are the athletes not naked but competing like the ancient Greek athletes?”. It’s really silly, isn’t it?
So one day, when my teacher asked me to write an essay about the Olympics, I didn’t know what to do, so I went online to ask my best friend, “Gourd.”
Then, in the midst of all the information about the keyword “Olympic”, I came across a strange headline: “The road to the Olympic gold medal of a boy with Down”. I don’t believe my eyes. Gold medal? Boy with Down?
That boy is you, Mr. Ky Phong!
Wow! Has life been so unfair to you? Is it true that “all things are in heaven” and people were born to have to accept the two words “heaven’s destiny?”. I imagine the tears streaming down your cheeks as you watch your peers go to school.
And I can also hear your heart pounding every time I think about the uncertain future… Angry at that Down disease! Like weevils, it gnaws bit by bit, it extinguishes the fire of faith, it steals wisdom – the priceless gift that God gives to mankind.
Yet right on the edge of despair, he – the boy with that cruel disease – still stood! It seems that his parents did not accidentally give him the name Ky Phong – strange wind. Phong three life can not cover that wind. That wind was still blowing stubbornly as if to challenge the persecution of God. And on the Athens run, it blew up a new breath of life, a breath of life named Vietnam.
Closing my eyes, I imagined before my eyes a small figure with unstable steps but still trying to run on the running track. There was a time when that figure seemed to be moving before a strong wind. There were times when my legs were bleeding and numb. There was a time when the will of that silhouette suddenly wavered. The destination is too far away, but the body does not obey reason anymore. Will it fall, will accept to leave the game, will forever be unable to overcome fate?
But no, the small figure rose again; The wind is stronger, the feet are colder, only the heart is still burning like a torch. And then the little man burned himself, burned the running track, to light the fire that we still call the Olympic flame!
Both you and me, each of us is just a grain of sand in an infinite universe, but also a great universe containing many mysteries waiting to be discovered. And the more we explore, the more we understand and transcend our limits. I don’t know when the slogan “Faster – Higher – Farther” was coined, did people think of this?
Just knowing that countless Olympic records have been broken makes us wonder: “After all, where is the limit of man?”. No one can answer that question, and the Olympics continue to become a place to discover human potential.
Dear Mr. Ky Phong!
I believe that the Olympic gold medal is not just your goal. For him, the Olympics is also a place to nurture the belief to surpass himself. What if he didn’t set records that shook the world like Usain Bolt? The important thing is that he pushed his own limits!
Just imagine, if you give up halfway, if you don’t make an effort to reach the finish line, will the Greek capital get a “strange wind”? Will Ky Phong’s name appear on the medal table so that he can choke on tears to sing the Vietnamese national anthem on the podium to receive the award?
And where will be the inspiration for so many other kids, like me, to dream of becoming an Olympic champion? It is thanks to your story that I now have a better understanding of the Olympic message: The most important thing is not to win, but to fight hard.
Dear Mr. Ky Phong!
From now to the London Olympics 2012 is not far away! The warmth of the magic torch spread as if giving strength to the athletes. And they are also given more confidence by people like him – disabled athletes who always strive to fight both on the track and on the road.
And who knows, in a small muddy street corner, a poor shoe shine boy, after hearing the story of Ky Phong, will look up at the blue sky and raise his ambition of a bright torch!
I wish you and that boy will always keep in your heart beautiful ambitions!
One of his fans.

Da Nang December 20, 12
Dear President Nguyen Minh Triet,
You must be very busy in your office right now, with dozens of important papers waiting for you to review, approve, and approve? Perhaps you will be surprised to find next to the pile of papers is a small letter – a letter from a little girl who has never met him in real life. I’m surprised, but please take a moment to read it. And why are you writing to me? You probably remember two weeks ago, on a visit to a factory in province X, you kindly advised the leaders at the factory to pay attention to ensure labor safety and take care of material life. morale for workers.
When watching Vietnam Television broadcast that talk live, I decided to write to you to tell me about my family’s story and the questions and concerns of a little girl who “didn’t eat enough, worried about not coming. “Like me about the issues you mentioned.
Dear Uncle Nguyen Minh Triet!
Less than half a year ago, my family had a normal life like any other family. My father is a worker of a factory that manufactures products from corrugated iron. My mother is the owner of a small home hair salon. “Looking up is not equal to anyone, but looking down, I see that I am happier and happier than many people” – my father often taught us that so that we would be content with a pure life, without competition, eternal life… Although the family is not well off, the two brothers and sisters are still given the best conditions to study.
“You have to learn to have capital for the future” – I always remember the simple and simple words of my father. Perhaps my family’s life would go on peacefully if it weren’t for one day, suddenly, my mother received a phone call from my father’s factory informing him that he had a work accident. From that day on, my family’s activities were disturbed. My mother’s shop was temporarily closed and my brother and I had to take care of each other so that she could have time to go in and out of the hospital to take care of my father.
The times I visited my father and looked at his feet in casts, I thought that it would heal again and my father would be able to take quick, steady steps again… It’s so sad, because the crack is broken in The leg is healed, but it is the spinal injury that makes my father unable to walk anymore. The rest of your father’s life will be in a wheelchair forever. This took me by surprise. When we went to the hospital to visit our father, we were all reassured that “Dad is okay”. And when we asked our mother about Dad’s illness, we only received vague answers, um, let’s finish the story. We thought it was because she was tired, but it turned out that she had hidden our brothers and sisters and because she herself did not want to accept this fact. That day, because I missed work and colleagues, because I was upset because I had to sit in one place forever, my father asked me to push the cart to take him to visit the factory. Because I have never been to the place where my father used to work, thinking about seeing him, thinking about his joy when meeting friends again, I eagerly forget all the hard work. But do you know, when I stepped inside my father’s workshop the other day, I was stunned as if I couldn’t believe my eyes. The scene of the factory surprised and disappointed me.
A production facility with a temporary factory, the health and life of workers can be threatened at any time. The shelves for finished products mounted on the wall were not sturdy at all. Lighting conditions are inadequate, hygiene is not really satisfactory. Many workers are not fully equipped with labor protection equipment. Smoke, dust, noise and much more. Yet people still have to work. Because of the high pay? Because of a piece of rice and clothes?
And, I wonder why my father used to work in such an environment and how can a factory like this be licensed to operate when the working conditions are extremely unfavorable for the workers? And, I also wonder if with such working conditions, if my father and his colleagues continue to work here, they can have a better life?
I still wonder if the accidents that happened to my father and some other uncles (which I accidentally learned more about through a story between my father and friends working in the factory) could have been stopped. not yet? What other accidents will happen? Which family will lose support? Are there any children who know how to love their parents, work hard, exchange many things for a living but can’t do anything like their brothers and sisters?… Dear Uncle Nguyen Minh Triet! I think, reading this far, you must have guessed what I want to share with you through this letter? I’m too young to understand everything, but I’m not too naive to see some of what’s going on around me.
I still remember the expression full of concern and worry when you went to see workers of a factory in province X working. I still remember the kindness in the factory’s instructions to the leaders of the factory to take care of the workers. I know you understand very well the relationship between the good life of workers and working conditions.
I really hope and believe that you and other leaders will have appropriate policies and solutions to minimize occupational accidents and help turn people’s dreams of a good life into the future. labor into reality. I really want you to visit the industrial park where the factory is located – where my father left a part of his healthy young life before being attached to a wheelchair… so that he can see with his own eyes the How did the poor working people of my hometown live…
Please come when you have a chance. I very much look forward to that!
Please stop the mail here!
I wish you good health!

The story of the boy Aylan Kurdi in Heaven, which is Nguyen Thi Thu Trang’s dream of a world without violence, without scenes of people having to chase each other and rush into the sea, not only touches people’s hearts but also moves people’s hearts. made a very strong impression.

Heaven, January 1, 1.
Say hello to my future friend!
So it’s been almost four months since I left this earth. Perhaps leaving this world too soon made me mature enough for me to write this letter to you today. I – 3-year-old Syrian child Aylan Kurdi – known to the world for his eternal sleep on the shores of Bodrum Turkey, writing to you – is the 45-year-old me still alive on earth.
Sounds absurd, right? I’m dead, what can I do with you! But why not when everything is in a dream – both you and me. The angels will help me send this letter to you.
Dear friend! Now I’m in heaven – what a shimmering magical world. This place has no day or night. The sun, the moon and even the twinkling stars shine together, the space is always crystal clear. My mother and brother are smiling with other souls. We have no country, no immigration, no religion, no terrorism or violence… It’s all the same – souls flying in relief, serenity and peace.
It’s New Year’s Eve now. From up here, we can see the whole Earth, watch the magnificent fireworks bursting in the night and listen to the ringing of bells. Below there are contrasting colors, there are bright places in the light, there are still dark patches somewhere. The sound of bells mixed with gunfire, happiness with unhappiness, hatred with love… Alas, life on earth! Now it’s all too far away.
My 45 year old friend, do you remember? We follow our parents to flee the war and bloody violence in our hometown of Kobani with a dream of a “promised land” in Europe. However, that dream ended just 20 minutes after the boat set off. The sea swelled, the boat capsized, my little hand let go of my mother’s. I shouted, “Dad, please don’t die!”. I struggled with the waves, tried to cling to the fragile life, struggled in despair. But what can a three-year-old child do in the middle of the vast ocean in the dark of night? And then… the open sea welcomed me into her lap. The sea was also very tolerant when instead of drowning I brought me to the shore, lying still on the sand. You probably still remember the picture of me back then. Little. Red shirt and blue pants. Foot shoes. Hands down in the direction of the feet. I lay still on the beach. Face down on the gentle sand as if sleeping. All around, the waves lapped. A long sleep. Forever.
My image is widely shared on social networking sites and media. What did they say? “Global humanitarian catastrophe”, “Symbol of the pain that the Syrian people have suffered and the desperate attempt to get rid of that pain” and “silence the world” or “wake up wages”. tri”.
And they even painted a picture of me with angel wings. This, of course, is not how one “hype” or “poetize” a death. This is the power of death and the way one eases pain. But no matter what, one truth always exists. A life has ended. The child is forever three years old. My family and I survived the rain and storms in unstable Syria, but perished while on the way to find another peaceful place to live. Death is too painful and too unreasonable.
Alas, 3 years – a life! Price free of war and violence; I wish I could ride in a stronger boat; if only my father could buy me a life jacket; prices for European countries to expand their borders; If only… I wouldn’t have died!
Now my body has returned to my hometown. An arduous, arduous journey back to the motherland. But to return after death. Back to where I ran away. Return to the subterranean thread. What a life of a drifter, a part of a poor person!
But brother, anyway, I am well known and comforted. What about thousands, even millions of other deaths? Thousands of migrants lost their lives crossing the Mediterranean, thousands of children died of hunger, cold, disease, hundreds of people died of terrorism. There are people who know that they will die when they have to cross the sea to migrate but can’t do anything else. One of my Syrian compatriots wrote before he drowned, “Thanks to the sea for welcoming us without asking for a visa… without asking what my religion is…”. Well, there are deaths that are appeased. There are deaths that people remember. But there is also death abandoned, forgotten. Alas, is only death the end of injustice? Or does death not end the injustice?
And from here, from the pain, the agony of a dead child, from the peace and relief in heaven, I write to you – it’s me, 45 years old still alive on earth. You will ask why not another age? Man, I chose you – age 45 – because then we have positioned ourselves in life. When I am 45 years old, alive – you – what will I be? A dad? An ordinary civil servant? Or a character with the power to change the world?
You know, Apple’s Steve Jobs was also the son of an immigrant. And where will we live? Return to Syria or in the promised land of Europe? What will the world be like then? Is it like the heaven I’m living in? Do you think the age of 45 will come naturally? Are not! There are 45 years old forever just a dream come true. Who will give me and kids like me 45 years old? Who will give us life? How does everyone get 45, 55 and beyond? Who will answer that question for me – sir!
Love!
I – am you from heaven.

First Prize of the 47th UPU International Letter Writing Contest
- Theme: Imagine you are a letter traveling through time. What do you want to convey to your readers?
- Author: Nguyen Thi Bach Duong, a student of class 8A (school year 2017-2018), Nguyen Trai Secondary School, Nam Sach, Hai Duong
- Content:
“Somewhere, Christmas Eve 2017
“Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way!”…
Christmas carols are playing and I am here to write this letter to you.
Please introduce me is the letter that editor Francis Pharcellus, The Sun newspaper in the US wrote in response to the little girl Virginia O’Hanlon to the question “Is Santa Claus real?” “…Nobody has ever seen Santa Claus. But that doesn’t mean Santa Claus isn’t real… Santa Claus exists to make sure love and compassion exist… Whether 10 years, 100 years or 10 years later, Santa Claus is still a miracle of Christmas…”
Do you remember me? Since 1897, over the centuries, I have lived in the pages of books, newspapers, postage stamps, pictures, and in the vast love of people. Every Christmas season, The Sun solemnly puts me on the front page. Therefore, without magical wings, I am always present in life, traveling through space and time.
However, even though I have touched millions of readers’ hearts, there are still people who do not believe and do not want children to believe that Santa Claus is real – are you in it? I don’t explain further. I just wanted to tell you about the letters sent to Santa by children all over the world.
Do you know? There are emotional dreams like these: “… Mom said Dad was working in paradise where Santa Claus. I asked him to let my dad take a day off work to take me to the zoo”, “I just wish one day no being laughed at… because I’m cerebral palsy and have wobbly legs”, “I like dolls but give me a ball so we can play together because we’ve never had toys “…
There are children who are illiterate and when they heard about Santa Claus, he sent: “Tell me who my mother is, where my family is, I want to go home, I want to go to school…”. There are also children by the barbed wire fence at the refugee camp who write: “…please give us a loaf of grilled meat sandwich tomorrow morning, for seven months I have not known the smell of grilled meat and day Everyone picks up some bread on the ground…” Or the lost child sitting on the rubble when witnessing the death of a loved one with his own eyes, desperately wishing: “Santa Claus, if you are real, please stop the war and wipe out the blood in your homeland. grandchildren…”.
Well, hunger, cold, suffering, loss, children still do not stop dreaming. Children’s dreams tell us about the crystal-clear spiritual world about a life full of poverty and suffering. Those dreams of any child are equally beautiful and worthy of respect. And Santa Claus is a miracle that helps them fulfill their dreams that adults cannot. It is also a refuge for unfortunate children. Please don’t take them away!
And if one day the children discover that there is no Santa Claus with any miracles, it’s their parents, the postal worker… That’s okay! It’s another chance for love! The employee’s mother, father, uncle… was the one who wore the red clothes and the white beard, the one who placed the gifts by the fireplace. Strangely, Santa Claus is very close and idyllic! It was me when I held out my hand to a little girl selling lottery tickets on Christmas Eve, was a classmate who brought her friend a toy car with the reason “Your house doesn’t have a chimney, Santa doesn’t come in. Okay”. A child saves money to build a house for the homeless, a child grows his hair long for 2 years to help children with cancer, humanitarian organizations, thousands of volunteers for children… Aren’t Santas real in this life? Those who are trusted by children to entrust their dreams, who bring them joy, who love them… are all their Santas!
However, this earth is vast, love and compassion, no matter how much, cannot be filled. Who will be the Santa Claus of wandering, illiterate, hungry children hugging each other on the street corner? Who will bring miracles to the helpless, panicked children when their homes are swept away after the super typhoon? How many innocent children have no childhood and do not know what the future will be when surrounded by bombs, loss and escapes from their homeland… Will they ever really have a Christmas? And now you see, no matter who you are, wherever you are, no matter your status, if there is a child next to you, become their Santa Claus!
My friend, the future of humanity lies in the hands of those who are now children. A great man, a famous CEO, a powerful politician, even a terrorist, an unknown person or a figure holding the destiny of humanity was once a child. If every child was raised in love, with a pure heart and a good direction, would there still be war, violence, insensitivity, greed, or injustice in this world?
Love!
The letter comes from the 19th century.

“To Ozone, my hero!
You will be surprised to receive my letter. I write to you with respect, admiration, and shame. Because to us, you are both a benefactor and a hero, but maybe we are hurting you, hero!
Ozone! Recently, I read an article about him. So I thought I must write to him to tell him what I had read. They are talking about him with great concern, I see, because he seems to be ill and our lives are being greatly affected by his health problems. They speak as if he was born with the sole mission of protecting our Earth. Perhaps it was because he had been there so long, even before man existed; familiar, as close as breathing.
So naturally, we got used to his protection like a child accustomed to being pampered and thought that where he lived was heaven. But in fact, every day that passes for him is a difficult battle with the Sun goddess to protect people, vegetation, animals… and then also have to retain a part of the goddess’s power to bring. life for the Earth. The hero of life, as we call him, fought so bravely without a moment’s rest nor with medals or accolades. To us, you’re a hero who can’t and can’t get sick.
We are so innocent and simple as heartless. We kept reveling in new inventions and considered them the absolute insurance value for our lives.
From items that are said to be simple but indispensable in convenient life such as refrigerators, which are also spewing CFCs into him, the enemy of ozone, to skyscrapers that are the pride of his family. A civilized world is injecting his fragile body day by day with deadly drugs, destroying his health. He was originally resilient, but one day, we realized, he was not well. We rushed, using all our creativity, our expertise to see him get well again. We really feel sorry and ashamed for you because the hole in Antarctica is getting bigger and bigger, the greenhouse effect is in an alarming state with no small fault from us.
At this time, humanity has realized that even heroes need to be shared, protected and rested to regenerate life energy. We have been and are paying the price for our selfishness, pride, and conceit. In a world called civilization, why should he still fall before the fury of the volcano Fuego? Can the proud buildings be enough to cool the terrible heat in Montreal, Canada last July? Or can the government of a superpower like the United States stop the rampage of the fire that consumes the forests of California? Should everyone blame him, the hero who couldn’t fulfill his mission? I’m so sorry, because sometimes I thought so…
But today, when reading the article written about him, humanity has understood that heroes and ordinary people also have limitations that cannot be overcome alone. We have been coming to him together, with all our repentance and efforts to give him a new life.
As you can see, the news could not be happier for us and you is that after about 30 years since the world joined hands to sign the Montreal Protocol (1989) to cut emissions that destroy the ozone layer and save the Earth. So far, according to the United Nations, the ozone layer in the Southern Hemisphere has shown signs of healing and will probably return to its former condition by 2060. That’s a great thing. Great, my hero! But I also understand, the latest generation antibiotics, the brains of the best CEOs or the highest technology… are not the panacea to make your body healthy. Is it true that what you need from us is an appreciation for the resource of life, to be you, not just a respect as a hero? We will work harder for you to get well soon, not to be a hero but simply a friend, just be at peace with us humans.
Because from now on, we will always stand with you as the strongest shield for our dear Earth friend! I will ask the wind to bring this letter to you because that friend is closest to you, also because calling his name, WIND, I keep thinking of WIN, the god of victory, someone who can help us be brave enough to correct past mistakes and become a friend he can count on…
Please email me back, always share and trust us!
Friend from Earth!”
